Fort Belan guards the entrance to the Menai Strait and looks across the water to Caernarfon Castle and the Isle of Anglesey.  This unique fortress is situated in an unrivalled location on the tip of a little known peninsula.  It is a tranquil retreat set in 40 acres of private land and flanked by miles of sand dunes and nearly deserted beaches.  It is a hidden gem.
